Blame it on the new day light savings time thingy. When it jumped three weeks early one of the side effects was some appointments moved, others have not. So unless you KNEW what your schedule was supposed to look like and moved everything, you were screwed.
UGH i hate that, espcially when its a MUCH needed/anticipated health appointment! Switch over to a manual appt book.
